CHEF G - CEO & FOUNDER
Gaurav Anand, a chef, restaurateur, and caterer, owns three acclaimed NYC restaurants: Bhatti Indian Grill, Moti Mahal Delux, and Baazi formerly known as Awadh. He's lauded for his innovative approach to Indian cuisine, earning 2-star reviews from The New York Times and accolades like "Best Indian Restaurant" from Village Voice. Despite no formal culinary training, Gaurav's journey started with curiosity and dedication with his brother, where he was trained and mentored by Jiggs Kalra, a stellar restaurateur who shaped Indian cuisine.
In 2018, Chef Anand expanded his culinary empire by founding CGA, a boutique catering company that has since grown into a worldwide sensation, specializing in destination weddings and fusion cuisine. Under Chef Anand's leadership, CGA has earned a reputation for making the impossible possible, creating unforgettable culinary experiences that blend cultures and flavors seamlessly. Today, CGA serves as the parent company to numerous successful projects, showcasing Chef Anand's passion for pushing culinary boundaries and delighting palates around the globe.

Mentored by Chef Anand since the age of 21, Abla is the ultimate "make it happen, no matter what" force behind CGA Events. Whether your vision involves a wedding in the most remote destination, a bridal shower with dinner descending from the ceiling, or anything beyond the ordinary, Abla is your go-to partner in bringing the impossible to life.
In December 2024, alongside Chef Anand, Abla opened Dilli Dilli, a modern Indian restaurant in New York City. Abla designed every detail—from the cozy, contemporary ambiance and olive-green facade with golden awnings to the service etiquette and guest experience. Her vision brought traditional Indian cuisine into a warm, elevated setting that feels both sophisticated and inviting.
With her Moroccan heritage woven into every detail, Abla brings a unique blend of tradition, innovation, and warmth to each event and project she orchestrates. Her meticulous attention to detail and relentless commitment means nothing is overlooked—every element is executed flawlessly.
